At WallpaperMural, we want you to love your new space, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for all standard-sized products in their original, unused condition. Please note that custom-sized murals are made to your specific dimensions and are non-returnable unless a manufacturing defect is present.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully roll the wallpaper and place it back into its original protective shipping tube to ensure it is not creased or damaged during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided return label to the tube and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location; we recommend keeping your tracking receipt for confirmation.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned mural, we will process a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
